Analysis can also be carried out with all due care in an express procedure.
Our normal response time after sample receipt is two working days until the finished result.
However, the osmium institutes also offer the analysis services with a 24-hour service. Upon receipt of the samples at the institute, we assure our customers that the analysis will be performed within 24 hours. The extra charge for this service is 30% on top of the normal price. If the work must be done on weekends, the surcharge is 50%.
For our subscription customers, the 24-hour service is a free part of the offer. The weekends are included!
As a general rule, if we are unable to meet the agreed times in the analysis, you will receive all commissioned and late analyses free of charge.
Our company has couriers who can pick up samples at your doorstep within the DACH region if it is not possible for you to send the samples by express or to deliver them to us quickly enough.
Our laboratory works around the clock on every day of the year for you.
